At Cobblestone, we love women. We exist to grow in community with each other and to grow in our love and knowledge of Jesus.  We love the Bible and desire every woman to be reading the Word daily and teaching others what she is learning.  Multiple Bible studies throughout the year assist in this goal also building relationships with each other.  If you are interested in plugging into the Women’s Ministry at Cobblestone, send Anna Holzworth an email at  We look forward to meeting you!

On 3-24 we are starting “She Reads Truth - Psalms for Prayer” daily devotional to kick off our Shelter-In time.  The men’s ministry is starting “He Reads Truth - Psalms for Prayer”.  We want families to have many opportunities to read the Word together and discuss what they are learning.

Both She Reads Truth and He Reads Truth are free to access through the websites (click the links above).  Start with Day 1 tomorrow (3/24) and read the daily Psalm with the devotional each day.  There is no need to purchase anything to participate!

If you would like easier access, download the She Reads Truth app and the plan is $1.99.  If you enjoy the app, it might be worth the cost.  Enjoy praying the Psalms for the next 3 weeks!  We will save the Galatians study for September when we will hopefully be able to physically meet together.

In the last book of the Old Testatment, God spoke to Malachi  "Behold, I am going to send My messenger (John the Baptist), and he will clear the way before Me.

And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming says the Lord of Hosts."

Yet the promises are followed by silence.  No word from God for about 400 years.

The first recorded words in Matthew 1:1 The book of the genealogy  of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

How important are those first recorded words?

What is its message?

What does God want His people to know as He transitions from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant?

What is on His heart for you, for us, for all who will take up the book and read His message?

What are we to understand?

How are we to live?

This, beloved of God, is what you will discover in this pivotal book breathed by God.

Books cost $20.00. Order by February 20th.
