Cobblestone Community Church is a community-oriented, student-friendly, seeker-aware, outward-focused church serving the Oxford area and Miami University community.

Our Sunday morning celebrations (and other meetings and programs) take place at Talawanda Middle School, 4030 Oxford-Reily Road, just southwest of Oxford. Everyone can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a muffin prior to our two identical celebrations, which begin at 9:00 and 10:30 AM. Usually, it goes like this: we sing contemporary songs of praise and worship, after which someone gives a 20-30 minute talk from the Bible. The celebration concludes with some brief announcements in about one hour.

We may be the most casual church you've ever encountered. Come as you are, and that can mean jeans, t-shirt, shorts, sandals . . . or something fancier, if you like. Generally speaking, if you're comfortable, we're comfortable.

We try to make sure that visitors to Cobblestone can relax, without fear of being embarrassed. We don't announce visitors, and don't make them stand or say anything. We do encourage newcomers to fill out a "connection card," so we can get to know them, but no one will pressure you to do even that.

Cobblestone's members and regular attenders support the church financially; we do pass offering bags in the celebration because our giving is part of our worship, but we don't expect others (such as visitors or guests, skeptics or seekers) to give (and we often say so).
